Establishment of Video Research International (Thailand) Ltd.

Video Research Ltd. (VR), Japan's leading media and marketing research company, announced today that it has set up Video Research International (Thailand) Ltd. in Thailand as part of its strategy to expand operations in Asia.

Video Research International (Thailand) will serve as a base for VR's Asian operations, promoting sales of the ThaiACR*, a single-source data service launched in 2000, as well as preparing for VR's participation in bidding for television audience measurement (TAM) accounts.
