Appointment of New Board Members

Video Research Ltd. informally decided the election plan of Board Members in the Board of Directors' meeting for the latest fiscal year closing as follows on May 26, 2006:
The above will be officially decided in the 44th Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors' meeting to be followed:
Mr. Tsuyoshi Takeuchi, President & CEO, retires his position and Mr. Takehiko Kimura becomes the new President & CEO.
Mr. Takehiko Kimura, the new President & CEO is currently assuming the position of Senior Managing Director at Dentsu, Inc.
For your information, Mr. Tsuyoshi Takeuchi (the current President & CEO) becomes the Executive Corporate Adviser after his retirement.
