TV Celebrity Image Survey results of August 2007

We have been conducting our proprietary survey called "TV Celebrity Image Survey"twice a year. We would like to briefly introduce you the results of the 70^th survey (August 2007):

Please be advised that the survey age band is changed from 10-59 years old to 10-69 years old from this wave. Would you please note that the result this time is incommensurable with the results in the past.

This survey systematically collects data on 1,000 celebrities who are performing on TV, which is widely used as basic data for casting celebrities in TV programs and commercials.

* In this survey, groups are evaluated as an entire group, but their gender category is based on the gender of the lead singer.

Sampling method:	Area Random Sampling**
Survey period:	July 30, 2007 (Mon) - August 5, 2007 (Sun)
**Area Random Sampling: Based on the statistical data of "Basic Residents' Register", the survey points are systematically sampled. Next, from the house map of the survey points, the target households are systematically sampled and then survey respondent is randomly selected from the residents in the selected sample household. Meanwhile, if the structure (ratio) of the effective samples' gender and age has signitifcant deviation with the population's structure (ratio), adjustment is made to the sample structureto the gender/age band in which the deviation occurred.
